Health and sport have always been two

strong components of my life. I owe it to my family and my living environment which led me towards the path of physical activity and well-being, the cornerstones of the healthy living.

After graduating in Science of Nursing at the University of Pisa-Italy, I've learned the delicate practice of encourage, support and take care of my patients. Along these years I upheld to my passion for dance and team-sports, keeping up with the studies and the physical activity.

When I moved to Vancouver I saw a unique opportunity to connect my nursing background with my strong passion for sport.

The personal trainers that I met inspired me to steer my career and dedicate myself to fitness.

As both a Personal Trainer and a certified Doula, I utilize my knowledge to educate, motivate, and mentor my clients. • Why should I hire a personal trainer?
A personal trainer can help you reach your goals in a safe and healthy way, helping you to choose the right exercises to reach your targets. Having a personal trainer at your disposal can help prevent injuries, by demonstrating the correct form to mantain during an exercise. On the other hand, you can learn how to choose the right exercise in base of your needs in order to become a self-conscious of your needs and independent.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! For each new client I offer a 30-minutes free consultation. Here we will talk about you and your lifestyle, and most importantly, this will be an opportunity to discuss about your targets and the best way to achieve them together.
  • How many sessions per week should I book?
Hard to say, the frequency of the workout sessions is personal and subjective for each client. This will be a topic of conversation during the initial consultation where I will assess about your health status and we'll talk about your fitness goals.
  • How do I prepare for the session?
To make the most of the session time, it’s best to wear your workout clothes and have a water bottle to stay hydrated during the training. Gym-suitable clothes like breathable shorts or leggings, a light top that will draw sweat away from your body, a sports bra if you need one, and trainers shoes with sports socks. I also recommend eating an easily digested carbohydrate, like a banana or an apple, no more than two hours before hitting the gym.
  • Do I need any equipment?
Not necessarily! I will bring the basic equipment like resistance bands, mats and other tools. If you have a gym or any fitness equipment available, I will be more than happy to incorporate them into your routine.
